Apple Watch Bands, November Color Palette, New Art Wallpaper, & Artist Interview
What’s New in the Shop?
Did you know there are Apple Watch bands and smartphone phone folio cases in my Society 6 shop? How about iPad folios? What??? Yup, now you can have original art designs on a new range of tech accessories to use yourself or give the perfect holiday gift to someone special. It’s a win/win!
As I mentioned above, I am loving the November color palette full of creamy greens, pastel pinks and grays, plus deep blue and brown tones. It’s inspired by a celestial art theme that has swept fashion, interior design and a lot of other arena. I find it dreamy while still including traditional fall colors. It gives so much room for interpretation and use! And it’s my gift to you!!!
I can’t wait to see how you use these luscious tones and hues in your projects. If you post your work using this color palette, please tag me on Instagram at @OctopusConnection with #octopuscproject, and your post may be featured in my InstagramStories. ; )
New November Wallpaper
I’m trying something new! Well, the watercolor painting featuring colors from the November Color Palette is new, but there’s something else. Instead of a calendar, I have created the wallpapers with a motivational quote. I’m guessing since we all have a calendar apps on our devices, we just don’t need one on the wallpaper too…
I have relied on quotes to fuel my creativity, launch my spirit, and bring me up from the pits when I’m down. I letter them on my studio dry erase boards, and frankly just can’t get enough of them. Plus, my Quotes board on Pinterest gets a lot of love so I am hoping this will resonate with you too.
In the meantime, this quote reminds me that all I do today makes my future so much brighter. I’m guessing with all your hard work, tomorrow is going to be awesome!!
